Untrack Learning Resources

Administrators (and Curriculum Developers) can edit learning resources to make them untracked.

📘 Instructions

  1. Log in as an Administrator

  2. Go to Learning Library

  3. Select Learning Resources.

  4. Edit a Learning resource by selecting Actions > Edit.

  5. Uncheck the box so it is not tracked called Track this learning resource

  6. The status of the learning resource will now remain untracked on users accounts.

This ‘information only’ state of learning means should be applied if you want to supply supplementary information to the learner that does not have to be recorded.
