Link Learning

Learning can be linked together, so if you pass learning A, you then get Learning B assigned afterwards. This can be achieved by the Curriculum Developer but it can also be done by the Administrator who can edit learning in the Learning Library.

📘 Instructions

  1. Log in as a Curriculum Developer

  2. Go to Add Learning Resources

  3. Edit a Learning Resource

  4. Scroll down to Link Learning and select learning to link.

  5. Link Learning Resources under different conditions:

    1. Immediately (linked learning is assigned as soon as this learning is assigned)

    2. Mandatory Precursor (complete the precursor - which is immediately assigned) in order to access the edited learning resource.

    3. Post completion (complete the edited learning resource and then his selected linked learning resource is now assigned.)

    4. Post completion After x Days (complete the edited learning resource and then this selected linked learning resource is assigned after the defined number of days.)

The most common use for this functionality is to add precursor and post-training feedback forms, although the use of the functionality can be for any purpose.
