Set up Google Analytics

Open eLMS will automatically link with Google Analytics and track visits to your Open eLMS site.

šŸ“˜Ā Instructions

To achieve this link, code needs to be pasted into the configuration setup and activated with Open eLMS.

Follow these steps:

  1. Enable Google Analytics by logging into Open eLMS as an administrator and go toĀ System Setup > Defaults > Integration.

  2. ChangeĀ Enable Google AnalyticsĀ to ā€œtrueā€.

  3. Edit theĀ Google Analytics code.

The Google Analytics code can be found by following the instructions below:

  1. Sign in to your Analytics account.

  2. Click Admin.

  3. Select an account from the menu in the ACCOUNT column.

  4. Select a property from the menu in the PROPERTY column.

  5. Under PROPERTY, click Tracking Info > Tracking Code.

  6. Copy this code and paste it into Open eLMS under theĀ Google Analytics codeĀ configuration item.
