Run a smart classroom session as a learner

Classroom sessions (aka ‘events’) can be completed under certain circumstances by learners by completing all the blended learning attached to the event if the system is set up accordingly.

📘 Instructions

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in as a learner

  2. Sign up to a smart classroom event with both pre and post learning.

  3. Complete all associated Learning Resources on the event

  4. Check event status should be set to Complete (if administrators set the settings automateEventCompletionState to true).

This functionality is only possible if admin’s set the configuration setting automateEventCompletionState is set to true. Discuss this with your administrator if you wish to see this happen.
