Reacting to Event Alerts if on Waiting List

If on a waiting list to an event it is important to respond to any alerts you are sent. Waiting lists revolve and you will only be give a set amount of time to respond if you are at the front of the queue - don't respond in time and you will be sent to the back!

📘 Instructions

  1. Log in as a learner

  2. Join an event which is full so you are on the waiting list

  3. Wait on waiting list - review email alerts when:

    1. Your place on the waiting list is revised so you can join

    2. When the waiting list is no longer active

    3. Any notifications about other similar events

  4. Respond to any hyperlinks listed in the emails.
