The difference between versions of Open eLMS AI

There are 3 versions of Open eLMS AI. You can find out which version you are using by going to the My Plan link as shown. This view also indicates how much of your monthly allowance that you have used up.

There are 3 different versions, the features within each version are as follows:

Open eLMS AI Lite

  • Single user licence

  • 6 x eLearning course per month (10 screen limit)

  • 6 x course previews per month (no screen limit)

  • Quizzes

  • 15 added AI generated images (not part of eLearning preview generation)

  • 60 section expansions

  • Voiceovers

  • Images

  • Video presenter

  • Open eLMS AI Editor for editing

  • Company-wide distribution only

Open eLMS Lite Version is for the organisation who occasionally needs to create bite size learning for its own organisation. The learning is not in-depth and there is an infrequent need to produce learning for the organisation. There is no scope in the Lite version to sell the courses to other organisations.

Open eLMS AI Standard Version

  • Single user licence

  • 20 x eLearning course per month (25 screen limit)

  • 40 x course previews per month (25 screen limit)

  • Quizzes

  • 100 added AI generated images (not part of eLearning preview generation)

  • 200 section expansions

  • Voiceovers

  • Images

  • Video presenter

  • Open eLMS AI Editor for editing

  • Document to eLearning upload

  • Unlimited distribution (earn from your creations)

Reasons for using Open eLMS AI v’s Open eLMS AI Lite

The primary reason is scale. Open eLMS AI allows you to produce more eLearning courses every month: 6 courses in Lite v’s 20 courses in the standard version. These eLearning courses are also longer in length (25 topic limit in standard v’s 20 in the Open eLMS Lite version.)

Other benefits are that you can sell the courses in the standard version (i.e. not just use them for internal company training) and can upload documents to create eLearning (a great time saver to ensure your eLearning remains on-message).

Open eLMS Standard Version is for the L&D department etc which produces eLearning regularly to meet organisational needs. Reselling the content is not a major concern, although the organisation do this and share eLearning with others if needed outside their organisation.

This is the most popular version of Open eLMS AI.

  • Document to eLearning upload

  • Open eLMS AI Editor for adding new templates

  • Unlimited distribution (earn from your creations)

  • Open eLMS branding removal

Reasons for using Open eLMS AI Enterprise v’s Open eLMS AI Standard Version

There is again a reason of scale for upgrading (you can produce 50 eLearning courses (v’s 20 in the standard system) and they are not limited in length.

Enterprise users also get more content expansions and AI generated image options (1,000 expansions and 500 bespoke image generations).

Other benefits are that you can removal all Open eLMS AI branding and create new topics within the eLearning by accessing the template screen adder within the Open eLMS AI Editor.

Open eLMS Enterprise Version is for the organisation specialising in producing eLearning for other companies as part of its day to day operations. They are also looking to rebrand the eLearning so there is no reference to Open eLMS AI. Select this version if you are serious about creating content using AI.
