How to create learning resources in the Curriculum Developer Role

Curriculum Developers add learning resources (e-learning, uploads, videos, webpages and so on) to the Learning Library.

Instructions

1. Go to Learning Library › Learning Resources and press Add a resource.
2. Choose the Type: for example e-learning for a SCORM course, Upload for Microsoft documents, PDFs and MP4 videos, Webpage for a link, or YouTube or Video.
3. Enter the Name and choose a Category. For e-learning, choose the SCORM package (.zip) too.
4. Press Add and continue. The resource opens so you can fill in the rest.
5. Fill in the sections you need, such as About this resource (the description learners see), Properties, Learners, Access and Timings. For an upload, add the file; for a webpage, paste its link.
6. Press Save and close. The resource is now in your Learning Library.

To give it to learners, open its Actions menu and choose Assign to departments, jobs and groups, or add it to a lesson. See Upload a SCORM course and Add a quiz to a lesson.
