Troubleshooting: What do after purchasing eLearning credits

🤔 Problem

Having purchased eLearning credits from Open eLMS, how do I use them,

🌱 Solution

Purchase additional course credits to allow you to assign eLearning on our catalogue to people on your installation. Follow these steps to check credits are on your account and take these steps to implement the credits.

  1. Check billing to ensure that credits are purhcased.

  2. Here you should see the additional credits you purchased and when they lapse - credits have a shelf-life one 1 year.

  3. This will now allow you to assign learning as a Admin/Manager, Curriculum Developer, Administrator etc.

  4. From here (which will use up the credits).

Highlight important information in a panel like this one. To edit this panel's color or style, select one of the options in the menu.
