Create a programme using AI

Open eLMS can use AI to fill in a programme's outcomes from its description, add learning resources from your library and schedule them, ready for you to make final edits.

Instructions

  1. Create the programme first (see Add Learning Programmes).
  2. Press Back to the current administration at the bottom of the menu, open Learning Library, find the programme and open it with Actions › Edit.
  3. Press the Add ... Structure using AI button. Its name uses your site's word for a programme, for example Add Programme Structure using AI.
  4. Check the outcomes, criteria and learning it suggests, adjust them, then apply the structure to the programme.
  5. Check the timings are evenly spaced and add any other learning you need.

You can also use Open eLMS AI to make the learning itself.
