Add/Edit Skills for use in Skills Monitoring Programmes

Skills are assigned to skills monitoring programmes. These skills reflect the skills used by your workforce and can be applied across many different skills management programmes. These are defined in the Learning Library.

To access skills to edit or create more …

  1. Log in as an administrator

  2. Access the Learning Library

  3. Access the Skills tab

  4. Here you can Add or Edit skills.

  5. Those skills are now ready to be added to a skills programme.

Once a skills programme has been finished it can be assigned to personnel via queries, enrolled on or assigned directly by management.
