Disable (archive) a learning resource

Open eLMS does not delete learning resources. To take one out of use, disable it. It stops being available to learners but keeps its history, and you can turn it back on at any time.

Instructions

  1. Go to Learning Library › Learning Resources in the menu on the left.
  2. Find the resource (use the Name or ID filter), open its Actions menu and choose Disable.
  3. To bring it back, set Show to Disabled, press Apply filters, then open its Actions menu and choose Enable.
