Add Power BI Course Sets

This is a group of courses AND/OR learning categories which can be used to filter learning for Power BI dashboards. For instance you may only want to create a dashboard for Health and Safety. Create a Course Set first and use this to filter data on your desired Power BI Dashboard.

To create a course set for use for filtering Power BI data follow these steps …

  1. Log in as an administrator

  2. Access System Setup > Defaults

  3. Select Power BI Course Sets

  4. Add a filter using desired learning categories and learning resources for use as a filter for a Power BI Dashboard.

You may not need to use Course Sets on your dashboards - this functionality was created for a specific purpose (i.e, producing dashboards on selected learning content.) Not everyone will want to use this functionality and it can be ignored accordingly.
