A true configuration value gives the option for a line manager to make and manage bookings on the 'Modules and Learning Resources' page
A false configuration value does not give the option for a line manager to make and manage bookings on the 'Modules and Learning Resources' page

In the example below, this setting is set to true, allowing the manager to confirm whether they want to approve booking requests prior to them going ahead - in this case events (meetings and lessons) are being approved, but this can also apply to using appropriately defined learning resources (useful when there is a cost element involved).

Changing Configuration Settings

Follow the steps below to change any settings

  1. Login as an Administrator and go to System Setup/Defaults/Settings.

  2. Search in the Name column for the key listed in the above table.

  3. Click on Edit.

  4. Scroll down and find the correct key in the settings category.

  5. Edit the Configuration value to the text that you want to appear on the Sign Off form.

  6. This will change the text that appears when a user is signing off.
